“Do you offer this at your other location, and when can I come in?”Illustrative scenario, not a customer testimonial
A returning customer calls a local business to check which location offers a service and whether they can arrange a visit.
Set up locations, services, resources and opening hours in Evarmont. The assistant works from that configured context rather than inventing a service because a caller asked for it.
Language and timezone are separate settings. A different language does not change the business’s appointment times or the currency attached to a service.
Bookings carry an explicit organization and location. Integration selection supports a location’s choice, an organization default or a single eligible connection; an ambiguous choice is refused.
This allows a business to plan separate calendar destinations for different locations. Provider integrations remain in development and need setup and validation before live use.
The dashboard keeps the phone call’s status separate from its business result. Staff can find a completed conversation that still needs a callback instead of assuming that a finished call means finished work.
Callback handling is governed by consent and calling windows. A request that cannot yet be acted on should stay visible with its reason.
Start with accurate business information and a clear staff follow-up policy. Inventory checks, bespoke price negotiation and support-ticket integrations are not part of this workflow.
