Let callers book, move and cancel by phone.

Evarmont books appointments by phone. Callers ask in their own words, hear real open times, and leave with a confirmed booking, while your rules for services, durations, buffers and notice decide what can be offered.

Real availability, read aloud

When a caller names a day or a time, Evarmont checks it against your schedule and says whether that exact time is free. If it is not, the caller hears the nearest open times instead of a guess.

Opening hours, service durations, buffers, minimum notice and how far ahead you take bookings all shape the times a caller can be offered.

Booked only when it is saved

A booking is confirmed to the caller only after it has been committed. If two callers reach for the same slot, one booking succeeds and the other is offered fresh alternatives, so a slot is never given away twice.

Changes and cancellations by phone

A caller can move or cancel an appointment with their booking reference. A reschedule releases the old slot only once the new time is confirmed, so no one ends up with nothing.

Appointments, reservations and orders

The same booking engine serves med spas, salons, clinics, dental and medical practices and home services. Restaurants can take reservations and phone orders from a menu they control.

Plans start at $299 a month and differ only in the call minutes included. Every plan runs the whole product, and a 7-day trial includes 60 call minutes.

Questions

Can callers book an appointment at any hour?

Yes. Evarmont answers during and after opening hours and books into the times your rules allow, whenever the call comes in, as long as your plan has minutes left.

Does it work with my calendar?

Evarmont keeps its own booking schedule and has calendar integrations for Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Cal.com and Calendly. The Integrations page shows each one's current availability.

What stops two people booking the same time?

The booking is checked again when it is saved. Only one booking can hold a slot; the second caller is offered the nearest open times.
