What does Evarmont automate?
Answering calls, booking and changing appointments, taking restaurant phone orders, scheduling callbacks, and, in early access, triaging and replying to email from approved facts.
For a service business, the work that matters is what happens after a customer gets in touch. Evarmont automates that work for calls and email: the booking, the follow-up and the record, with a person kept in the loop where a decision needs one.
A call becomes a booking, a change, a cancellation, a restaurant order or a scheduled callback. Each outcome is saved against your rules and shows up in the console, so the automation leaves something the team can check rather than something it has to trust.
In early access, Evarmont connects to a Gmail or Microsoft Outlook mailbox, reads new messages, triages them, and drafts replies from facts you approved. A reply is sent after a person approves it or, where you allow it, automatically after a short hold you can cancel.
Refunds, cancellations, complaints and anything sensitive always go to a person.
Calling windows, consent, opening hours, services and the facts the assistant may use are all yours to set in the console. What the automation does not know, it says so; what it should not decide, it hands over.
Integrations for calendars, CRMs, team chat and payments connect the automated work to the rest of the business. The Integrations page lists each provider with its current availability.
Plans start at $299 a month and differ only in the call minutes included. Every plan runs the whole product, and a 7-day trial includes 60 call minutes.

It completes routine work on its own, like a booking. Sensitive or consequential requests such as refunds, cancellations sent by email and complaints are routed to a person.
