Give every appointment a clear starting point.

When the calendar runs the business, a promising conversation is only useful if the appointment is actually booked. Evarmont checks the rules before it confirms the time.

Could I book a consultation on Thursday afternoon?
Illustrative scenario, not a customer testimonial

A new client wants a consultation next Thursday. They have a preferred time, but do not know which service to choose.

Match the request to a service

Configure your services, durations, resources and locations before the phone rings. The voice assistant uses that business context to turn a general request into a booking it can validate.

Availability includes opening hours, service buffers and notice rules. Your business timezone is explicit, so a date is not interpreted from the caller’s browser.

Confirm the slot that was saved

Evarmont checks the final appointment in the backend. Competing requests for the same resource cannot both claim an overlapping time. An availability result is an option; the saved booking is the confirmation.

Rescheduling and cancellation update the booking and its resource allocation together. Managing an existing booking requires the appropriate access checks.

Keep the front desk informed

Review the appointment alongside the call outcome. Calendar mirrors, CRM updates and team notifications are integration workflows in development, with separate connection and delivery states.

A notification failure does not undo an appointment. Staff can distinguish a booking that exists from follow-through that still needs attention.

Where the team takes over

Confirm your resource rules and calendar setup before using a live phone line. Evarmont does not promise a time when the required check cannot complete.
