Microsoft Outlook Calendar · Scheduling
For a team that plans its day in Outlook, the useful connection is between a confirmed appointment and the selected calendar. The Microsoft adapter handles that connection through Microsoft Graph.
The integration handles the time-zone conventions required by Microsoft Graph at the provider boundary. Evarmont continues to carry explicit business timezones and UTC timestamps in its own booking workflow.
Calendar integration does not let a staff member’s dashboard language decide the time of an appointment. Availability and final booking validation remain separate steps.
A calendar sync keeps a checkpoint so the adapter can read changes after the previous pass. Subscription renewal and reconciliation support recovery when a notification alone is insufficient.
Connection health is checked on request in the dashboard. The interface distinguishes a connection that requires consent from a successful appointment already held in Evarmont.
Connect through Microsoft OAuth and select a calendar available to the signed-in account. Calendar choice and workflow assignment are separate steps in the integration settings.
Delegated access to read and write calendars, basic account identity and continued access through refresh tokens. The connected account’s permissions limit what Evarmont can do.
Microsoft Graph change notifications and delta synchronization support reconciliation. Notification validation and subscription lifecycle handling are part of the adapter; a notification does not directly overwrite a booking.
Disconnecting makes the connection unavailable for new calendar operations. Evarmont bookings remain intact. Provider-side consent can also be reviewed through Microsoft’s account controls.
